CRAFTY ADDICTS FACEBOOK GROUP - CHALLENGE #8

Good morning!

Here is my halfway reminder post for June challenge at
THE CRAFTY ADDICTS FACEBOOK GROUP
The theme this month is
ANYTHING GOES/BLING IT UP

I chose to use the image
WEDDING BELLS
which is available HERE

Here is my inspiration card

The background paper has a slight glitter effect
but sadly it doesnt show very well in the picture...
I started off with a 4x5.5 base card and matted the front with
a glittery effect grey paper from my stash.
I coloured the image with Copics as always.
I placed a white pearl in the centre of each flower.
I placed a small sentiment in the bottom left corner.

And thats my DT card for this time.

WINTER WONDERLAND - STITCHING REAL/FAUX

Good morning!

Another new challenge starts today over at
WINTER WONDERLAND

I chose to create a NORDIC STYLE card again for this challenge.
I do love these style of cards.
Here is what I came up with....

I started with a base using white card.
I matted and layered the front with pretty papers from our sponsor.
I chose a topper from a Studio Light paper pad in my stash.
I decoupaged some of the elements to give more depth.
I used a white ribbon with glitter dots to make a bow for the sentiment topper.
I stamped the word 'CELEBRATE' on to a piece of the paper I used for the mats and placed it in the top left corner of the card.

And thats my DT card for this time.

I decoupaged some of the elements to give more depth.

So here is my inspiration card...

I coloured the image with Copics.
I started with a 5x5 base card, matted and layered the front with some pretty xmas papers.
I tilted the image and the mats. I placed a piece of red striped ribbon across each corner and fastened it to the back. Then I placed 3 red glitter dots in the top right and bottom left corner of the image mat.
Lastly I placed a piece of my favourite, a tiny sprig of Holly in the bottom left corner of the main mat.

And thats my DT card for this time.

Here is my inspiration card

Coloured with Copics as always.
I matted and layered a base card of approximately 6x5 with various papers from my stash.
I used a pretty green/blue and a beige paper cut into various sized strips.
I placed the image in the centre, put a green bow underneath and a small sentiment.
In the top left corner I placed two paper flowers

And thats my DT card for this time.

CRAFTING FOR ALL SEASONS - CHALLENGE #128

Good morning!

A new challenge starts today over at
CRAFTING FOR ALL SEASONS
and this will be my last DT post.
Have loved being a part of this DT
but I want to concentrate on other things.

DANIELLE HAT LADY
which is available HERE

Here is my inspiration card

I coloured her with Copics.
I matted and layered the front of a 6x6 base card in blue flowery and a pearlescent card.
I wrapped some white lace and blue and white striped ribbon around the front of the mats then placed a bow in the centre in the same striped ribbon.
I used a sprig of blue paper roses with a small piece of the ribbon tied around them and placed it at the right hand side. Below that I placed a small sentiment.

And thats my DT card for this time.
