My project for this challenge is....

I used an image from ALL DRESSED UP STAMPS...

LITTLE FLOWER GIRL
I love these stamps!
I made a CAS card, colouring the image with Copics.
I layered the front of the card in a pretty paper with pink flowers.
I die-cut the image and adhered it to the front of the card.
I put a 'frame' around the image, this was part of the die cut. And I used foam pads
to put in place, giving it a 3D look.
I put a pink pearl in each of the 4 corners and stamped a sentiment and placed that
at the bottom right corner.

MIX IT UP CHALLENGE #2 -STAMPING

MIX IT UP CHALLENGE BLOG

This is challenge #2 -   

ANYTHING GOES with optional twist STAMPING

(nothing digital, this MUST be stamped by hand)

 This is my inspiration project for you.

I started with a white base card with the fold at the top to make a tent card.
I stamped the images onto a piece of white card slightly smaller than the front of the card.
The stamp was part of a free gift on a magazine I bought.
I stamped the stems of the flowers first then the jar.
The bouquet and bow I stamped separately, coloured with Copics, fussy cut it out
and put it just above the top of the jar using 3D glue gel.
I layered this to the front of the card.
I stamped a sentiment and die cut it with a small tag. Tied twine in a bow
and placed it in the top right corner using 3D glue gel.
Hope this will give you lots of inspiration.

A simple card this time around.

SHORT STEP BY STEP

1. 6x6 white base card.

2. Matted & layered with purple & patterned cardstock.

3. Images distressed edges. Main image curled corners.

4. sentiment in top right corner.

5. Inside matted & layered in same purple & patterned papers.

6. Sentimentplaced at bottom right on inside of card.

Well here we are with yet another challenge for.....

 So here is my DT inspiration for you!

SHORT STEP BY STEP
1. Cut 6x6 base card using white centura pearl cardstock.
2. Matted & layered patterned paper & die cutsmaller mat..
3. Die cut mat in contrasting patterned paper and placed at bottom right at an angle.
4. Printed image onto white cardstock and coloured with Copics then die cut around it.
5. Placed image at top left at slight angle.
6. Placed embellishments on main & image mats.
7. Stamped & die cut two sentiments.

SUNNY DAY CRAFTING CHALLENGES - JUNE

Hello once again.

Very sad that June will be our last challenge for a while at
Sunny Day Crafting. Understandably Janis wants to spend time with family

EMERALD CITY CRAFTS - NEW DT POST

Good evening!

I do hope everyone is bathed in sunshine. Nice to see the sun instead of rain!

So, I have a small announcement to make.

I am very excited to announce my new DT position at

EMERALD CITY CRAFTS

This is a brand new challenge blog so its a little bit exciting.

The DT consists of a wonderful group of ladies, all very talented.

And of course is owned by the lovely Linda Simpson.

Our first challenge is due to go live on

7th JULY at 8am

MIX IT UP CHALLENGE #1

MIX IT UP CHALLENGE BLOG

***THESE ARE OUR CHALLENGE RULES**

The challenges at MIX IT UP will run for a whole month,

with a midway post on 15th with more inspiration from our DT.

You can enter up to 5 projects in our challenges and combine them with as many 

other challenges as you wish.***

All our challenges will be 'ANYTHING GOES' with an optional twist and your projects

can be anything, cards, ATC, Mixed Media, 3D Projects, Altered Art, papercrafts and/or scrapbook layouts. We want to 'mix it up'!

The challenge will close at 6pm EST (11PM GMT (UK time)
on the last day of the month.

We hope you will join us for all our challenges.

 This is my inspiration project for you.

For this challenge I made a 3D project of a gift box and tag.

I cut out the box using my Silhouette Cameo then embossed the pieces before

putting it together. I also embossed the white flower decoration on the front.

I slotted a piece of co-ordinating ribbon through the holes at the front and tied it in a bow.

I cut out the tag and cupcake embellishment using a Tonic Studios gift box die and

added a green pearl flower at the top.

LET'S CRAFT & CREATE CHALLENGE #125

Hello lovely people!
We have a new challenge starting today over at

LET'S CRAFT & CREATE

The theme for this challenge is....

'MAKE YOUR OWN BACKGROUND'

Remember to visit us again for our half-way post from Team 2 on 19th of the month. 

This is my DT inspiration for you this time around.

A simple card this time around.

A 6x6 white base card embossed on the front with 'trellis' embossing folder.
Some die cut ivy and small flowers. I placed 'prills' in the centre of the flowers.
I used a pink bow and a 'Friendship' sentiment.

3. Printed image onto white cardstock and coloured with Copics.
4. Die cut around image with pierced rectangle.
5. Matted onto dark blue card.
6. Die cut lacy border & adhered to right of image.
7. Stamped sentiment & die cut with pirced banner.

SUNNY DAY CRAFTING CHALLENGES - MAY

Hello once again.

A new challenge at SUNNY DAY CRAFTING begins today.....
for the month of MAY
**The challenges are now monthly at SDC instead of weekly.**

The theme this month is...

OUR PHOTO INSPIRATION

So here is my DT inspiration for you....

I cut a 6x6 kraft card base card and layered the front with blue mirri card then another
layer with a blue and white stripey paper. I printed a pre-coloured digi image of a GRADUATION OWL from Polkadoodles and cut it out using a pierced circle die. I stamped a sentiment and cut it out as a flag. Lastly I placed a blue self-adhesive pearl in each corner.
 I hope you like it and you will join in with our challenge.
