I chose the image

So here is my inspiration card for you.

He was such a cutie to colour!
I used Copic markers to colour him.
I die cut around the image using a fancy die from Marianne Designs.
I started with a 6x6 base card and layered it with a grey background paper.
I placed the die cut image at an angle to the left of the front using sticky foam pads to give it depth.
I placed a small sprig of holly in the bottom left corner and another in the top right corner.
In the bottom right corner I placed a sentiment and put some dabs of glitter stickles. I also put a few spots of stickles on various bits of the snowman too.

And thats my DT card for this time.

Here is my inspiration card

I coloured the image with Copic markers.
I cut a 6x4 base card turned on its side and cut a layer 5.75x3.75 in a blue patterned card.
I cut out the image usint a die giving the effect of distressed edges.
I placed a blue flower in the top right corner and a sentiment in the bottom right corner.
And thats my DT card for this time.

GD AT CREATIVE CRAFT COTTAGE

Good morning one and all!

Today I have the pleasure of sharing my inspiration project for
CREATIVE CRAFT COTTAGE

The theme for the challenge is
3 OF A KIND
and I used
WAKING UP BIRDIE
a cute image from
 ROBYN'S FETISH

Here is my GD inspiration card

I used the following....
6X6 Base card.
I cut 2 mats out of papers in shades of grey, one being a wood effect.
I used the same papers to make 2 sentiments.
I coloured the image using COPICS
I placed some tiny flowers over the flowers in the image
and placed a pearl in the centre of 3 of the flowers.
I die cut some leaves and arranged them to give the appearance
of vines growing on the bird house.
I cut a thin strip of paper to make a 'stand' for the bird house..
I die cut a little fence and placed it at the bottom...
The I die cut some grass and placed it along the base of the fence.
Then I placed some tiny white flowers among the grss.
Lastly I placed the sentiments, one at the top, the other to the right
just below the bottom of the bird house.

Hello and good morning!

Im here with a new challenge post for
LETS CRAFT & CREATE
which starts today.
The theme is
BREAST CANCER AWARENESS/PRETTY IN PINK

There is a lovely prize of some beautiful Petaloo flowers to be won!

Here is my inspiration card

I cut the card using my Silhouette Cameo.

I purchased the file from the Silhouette store.
I cut it out in white then adhered a piece of pink cardstock to the inside
so as to show through the support ribbons.
I cut out a pink support ribbon with a heart on it...
then cut it out again slightly bigger in white to give a shadow effect.
I didnt think it needed anything else.

And thats my DT card for this time.

So here is my inspiration card....

I made a CAS 'Thank You' card for this challenge.
Everything I used came from my stash.
The papers are from LEMONCRAFT...had them so long Im not sure where I got them from now.
Very naughty of me!
The toppers were part of the same paper collection as were the butterflies which I fussy cut.
The banner shapes I cut by hand from different papers.
Flowers were from my stash as were the leaves.
The sentiment is from a Hunkydory set.

WINTER WONDERLAND - WHITE ON WHITE

Hello!

We have a new challenge starting for you today over at

So here is my inspiration card.
I love white on white.
Always looks clean and crisp just like the first snowfall.

I used a white 5x5 base card and layered the front with a slightly smaller mat
that I had embossed with a sheet music embossing folder. I also embossed a strip of white card to fit across the middle of the front of the card.
I cut out some pretty die-cuts using dies in my stash and placed them using 3D foam pads to give a bit of depth to these. Then I die-cut a little winter scene and placed that over the top of the other die cuts using 3D foam pads again. Finally I used a little silver glitter glue.
Lastly to finish off the card I placed a sentiment in the top left corner.

And thats my DT card for this time.

Now for my DT inspiration project.
I used the image
WINTERGREEN WISHES
by Hannah Lynn at Crafts & Me

This is what I came up with....

I chose to make a blue card.
I started off with a white base card then covered the front with a blue stripey paper.
Next I layered that with another stripey paper this time in a grey/blue.
I layered the image onto a snowy background paper and placed it in the centre of the card.
I used a Nordic style strip across the top above the image and another strip just below it.
I used some other Nordic style decorations at either side of the image.
At the top left corner of the image I placed a greeting tag, again Nordic style.

I coloured the image using Copic markers and these are the colours I used.

The weather is not so good here today, looks like it will rain again.

I used the image

SLEEPY LAMB AGNES

I coloured the image using Copics
And these are the colours I used...

I started with a bright pink base card and layered it with a pale pink paper with white spots.
I matted the image on to a piece of dark blue card using foam pads to give it depth and dotted a few self adhesive gems here and there.
I wrapped a piece of bright pink ribbon around the pink spotted card, added a bow and a sparkly gem to the centre of the bow. Then I placed the matted image on to the pink spotted card and added a sentiment to the bottom left corner. I cut out some paper buttons in pink flowered paper and placed them above the image.

I started with a deep pink base card, layered it with pink and white spotty card.
In the top right corner I placed a bow and lace through a ribbon slider...didnt quite get it right as you cant see the slider so apologies for that.
I placed some tiny pink flowers around her and a sentiment at the bottom.

For my inspirationproject for this challenge I used
RORY'S BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

I used a 6x4 pink base card and layered it with a deeper pink card.
I die cut the coloured image using a rectangle with round corners.
I left it as is with a white background and placed some small flat backed pearls around it.
I used sticky foam pads to adhere the image to the card so the card didnt look 'flat'.
I placed a sentiment in the top left and bottom right corners.

WINTER WONDERLAND - EMBOSSING - WET OR DRY

Hello again!

I seem to be having a busy week blogging this week!

I was honoured a few weeks ago to be asked to join a lovely new DT.

WINTER WONDERLAND

For most of the year it is Christmas based and I just love Xmas!

So how could I refuse!

So today is my very first post for this DT and I hope I do it justice.

The theme is EMBOSSING - WET OR DRY

The sponsor for this challenge is KENNY K STAMPS so huge thank you to them.

I used image SNOWMAN

This is what I did with him....

And I used these Copics to colour him....

I started with a 6x4 red card base. I used a strip of holly paper about 2ins wide and adhered it to the left side. I placed a vintage style winter topper to top right and below that placed an EMBOSSED sentiment..(no pun intended on the sentiment). I placed a some handmade holly on the Snowmans hat band and another piece at the top left.

All in all a very cute card. I love Winter and Christmas!

I adhered the image to a frame using sticky pads to give it depth, then placed the framed image in the bottom right corner. On the inside I placed a framed verse card.

Good morning!

Here is my inspiration card...I did not use an image for this challenge.

I made this cute Holy Communion Dress Box and Card. You can place a small gift inside the box.

The cutting file is from Silhouette Online Store and it was cut out on my silhouette Cameo.
I cut out some tiny flowers for the front of the dress and slotted ribbon through the holes in the back and front to close the box and tied it in a bow at the front.
I cut a small card 4x4 in the same card, made a small sentiment 'Holy communion' and placed it at the top of the card. In the centre I placed a small chipboard embellishment.
Everything I used came from my stash.

Such a lovely image to colour.
I used Copics to colour her and used these colours

I used a 7x5 base card, and covered the front in a green paper from my stash.
I placed the image in the centre and placed DIE CUT LEAVES & TINY FLOWERS cut from white cardstock around it.
Then in the top left corner I placed a 'Happy Birthday' sentiment.

So here is what I came up with for your inspiration.

This is such a cute image!

Again everything I used came from my huge! stash.

I used some number and word stickers from a G45 collection, BOTANICABELLA.

Its full of rich Autumn colours and was perfect for this WW2 image.

Again I coloured the image with Copics.

I tore around the edges of the image and distressed the edges.

I die cut a tiny rabbit and a couple of birds.

I used the image
CANDY CIRCUS LITTLE ABI
from Ppinky Dolls.
I coloured her with Copics.
I cut her out and left a small white border around her.
I decided to make a gift box...we can never have too many boxes.
I made a white 6.5x4.5 box and covered the top with a deep pink striped card.
I added my image in the bottom right corner using 3D foam pads.
Along the left side I added quite a large bow in a deep pink ribbon.
At the top I added a sentiment.
CAS but a very pretty box I think.

Here is my inspiration card

I saw this on the blog of a very talented Polish young man named
Mariusz, also known as Scrap Man in the blogger world.
This card is posted with his kind permission...thank you Mariusz!
I love the work of the Polish, always so beatifully made.

So credit really must go to him for this beautiful creation...I merely added a few extras to it.

So I started of with a 6x6 base card turned to make a tent card.
I used the G45 paper pad ONCE UPON A SPRINGTIME.
I am a G45 addict Im afraid lol. This particular pad is ideal for springtime creations.

I cut two pieces of contrasting card, one 5.75x5.75in the other 5.5x5.5.
I placed a chipboard frame in the centre.
Then I fussy cut some flowers and rabbits from the main page and placed them around the edge of the frame, the rabbits I placed more to the centre.
I cut out a piece of card the shape of two chipboard Easter Eggs and adhered one to the back of each egg and put them to the left side, putting them at a slight angle. I placed a small fussy cut bird from the pad between the eggs to give the appearance of it sitting on them.
I cut some of the border from the page I had used and placed one piece across the top and down the left side, the other in the opposite corner. Then I added a sentiment banner at the top.
I placed several flowers and leaves around the bottom of the card and one flower with leaves in the top right corner.

Here is my inspiration card

I used a cute baby image from a paper pad I had in my stash.
I started by making a 6x4.5in base card. I lined the inside with one of the papers in the colour I had chosen...light brown/beiges/white. I cut out two mats from contrasting papers and layered them to the front of the card. I used a chipboard fancy doily embellishment, some tan coloured flowers and white leaves, made a bow from some tan coloured jute and finally a pair of chipboard baby shoes.

And thats my DT card for this time.

CRAFTING FOR ALL SEASONS #122

Hello again!

Im back with yet another challenge for you.
A new challenge over at
CRAFTING FOR ALL SEASONS

Here is my inspiration card

I used the JUST TO SAY CIRCLE digi from Scrappers Delight.
I distressed it with TIM HOLTZ DISTRESS INK colour SPUN SUGAR.
It just toned the white down a little.

I made a 6x4.5in card with the fold at the top. I lined the inside with the first contrasting paper I used on the front. I then layered the front with two slightly smaller mats in contrasting papers, one glittered for the challenge theme. Then I placed two pieces of different sizes on top of the glittered paper and added some flowers, a chipboard embellishment, some string pearls, one green and one pink bow made from crumpled seam binding ribbon, a few leaves and some butterflies cut out from the glittered paper. I added another butterfly to the right of flowers also. I placed the 'THANK YOU' circle sentiment in the bottom right corner.

And thats my DT card for this time.

THE CRAFTY ADDICTS FACEBOOK GROUP CHALLENGE

Good morning!

This is my halfway post for THE CRAFTY ADDICTS FB GROUP challenge.
As a member of ANNABEL'S ALL STARS DT I am here to show you my inspiration card.

Here is my inspiration card

I used the image WEDDING DAY CIRCLE

I didnt need to colour this image, I just printed it out. I placed this in the top right corner of the card.
I cut out a card on my Silhouette Cameo which I purchased from TINA FITCH
I cut out the three horseshoe layers and embossed the top two.

I layered the horseshoe using double-sided foam pads then 'wrapped' it around the card front fixing it down with double-sided tape.
As it was a wedding themed card I adhered a piece of white card to the inside front to cover up the wrap ends.
I placed two white silk flowers  in the centre of the horseshoe and a white triple bow underneath the flowers. Then in the bottom left corner I placed a chipboard bride & groom.

And thats my DT card for this time.

JADE'S SPARKLING BUTTERFLIES #13

Hello there!
Im here again with yet another DT post...busy week this week!
My post today is for  
JADE'S SPARKLING BUTTERFLIES

We have a new challenge starting today and we hope you will join us.

So here is what I came up with today...

I used the image
HEELS, STRAP, BOW

which can be purchased HERE

I coloured the image using Copic markers.

I made a 6x6 base card in white card.
I used SWEET PARIS papers to layer the card front and the inside.
I cut out two vintage tags for the top left corner placing them at opposite angles to each other.
I made a jute bow and placed a button over the top of it.
I placed the coloured image in the bottom right corner.
I used some grey/blue pearls in the bottom left corner and put a tiny pearl in the middle of the bow.
In top right corner I put a sentiment.
